Breed-Specific Exams:

All exams are “head-to-tail” to ensure the highest quality assessment of your pet’s health. Your pet will receive a comprehensive physical exam, assessment of vital signs & review of his/her medical, surgical, & immunization history. Your pet’s diet & flea control program are also addressed.

Medicine:

Our medical consultations promote preventative care & maintenance. Our goals are to manage chronic disease, prevent disease progression, & provide the highest quality of life for your pet. Our focus is on detecting disease early & ensuring that all cases in need of specialty care are referred in a timely manner.

Surgery:

We use the Luxar carbon dioxide laser technology, which greatly reduces pain, swelling & blood loss during surgery. It permits us to take a safer & less painful approach to standard procedures, such as spays, neuters & mass removals. It also allows us to do many advanced procedures, such as soft palate resections & a variety of ocular & oral surgeries.

Dentistry:

Our dental packages use the most up-to-date technology. Each pet is sent home with additional OraVet tooth sealant for routine preventative care.

Cold-Laser Therapy:

MVG is the first clinic in the U.S. to apply this tool to veterinary medicine! The Microlight 830 Cold Laser increases circulation & energizes damaged cells, which facilitates healing, reduces pain, swelling & stimulates regeneration of nerve tissue.

Radiology:

In-house X-rays allow complete diagnostic imaging of your pet’s chest, abdomen & skeletal system. A variety of contrast studies can also be completed if necessary.
